Our services include interviews, psychometric procedures, professional reports. We do not offer psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, crisis intervention, emergency services or legal advice.
2. THERE IS NO THERAPEUTIC RELATIONSHIP
The use of this website or our services does not establish a therapist-client, psychologist-patient, doctor-patient, lawyer-client or other treatment relationship. All evaluations are carried out solely for the purposes of selection, evaluation and reporting.
3. PROFESSIONAL OPINIONS
The information and recommendations provided by Caregiver Premium Solutions represent professional opinions based on the information available at the time of evaluation. No evaluation can predict future behavior with certainty. The company does not guarantee the future work performance, safety, reliability, honesty, competence or suitability of any person evaluated.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users accept: • Provide accurate and truthful information. • Do not send false, misleading or fraudulent information. • Use the website and services only for legal purposes. • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. PAYMENTS AND FEES
Fees will be communicated separately before services are rendered. All payments are not refundable once the evaluation begins.

Our services can be based on information provided by applicants, employers, agencies, family members or other third parties. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions or false statements made by third parties.
9. PRIVACY I
understand that the information obtained will be treated confidentially and protected in accordance with professional ethical standards, Law No. 25.326 of Protection of Personal Data of the Argentine Republic. I expressly authorize the professional evaluator and/or the institution to disclose the results, conclusions and report to those contracted for evaluation services

11. COMPENSATION
